    That is NO lunges & squats????

  2. @hipretty Its called a back plank. Lie on your back with your knees bent, then lift your hips up and squeeze your butt at the top. You can either do reps or hold for a length of time. If this gets too easy use your arms to make your body like a bridge, then do the same thing. If you have trouble figuring this out I can try and find a video that shows what to do.
